1. Order Processing
Warehouse: Shenzhen, China
Processing Time: 1-3 business days (excl. weekends/holidays)
Shipping Timeline:
Time: Normally, silicone dolls need 2 weeks to be ready for delivery, and hybrid dolls need 1-2 weeks to be ready for delivery.
- Exceptional circumstances: If your order falls on a holiday, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will contact the customer as soon as possible to agree on a delivery time.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees:
- xDollArt provides free shipping to most countries and regions, except some remote islands and regions.
4. International Shipping
Customs Requirements:

- Declared value: Full payment amount
- Shipping after approval: xDollArt will provide each order factory pictures to customer before shipping. All dolls will be shipped out after customer’s shipping approval.
5. Package Tracking
🔍Shipping methods: xDollArt all orders are shipped by reliable and trustworthy shipping companies, such as UPS, FedEx, SF International, etc. All orders can be tracked with the relevant tracking number on the official sites.
Issue Resolution:
- No updates >48hrs → Contact support
- “Delivered” but missing → Submit Loss Certificate
6. Packaging
- Discreet shipping: xDollArt use discreet shipping to ensure package safety and confidentiality during transportation.
- xDollArt uses high-quality cartons and foam layers (generally the expensive high-end products and precision instruments use such a packing method) to pack products to ensure safety and confidentiality during the entire transportation process.
7. Problem Resolution
Lost Packages
- Deadline: 60 days post-shipment
- Required: non-delivery proof
- Action: Reship/refund
Damaged Packages
- Deadline: 1 days post-delivery
- Required: Photos/video of item + box
- Action: Free replacement
8. Cancellation & Return policy
Due to the private and intimate nature of our products, we strictly evaluate cancellation and return eligibility to determine the best resolution.
If you cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order, we will refund you the fee unconditionally;
If you cancel the order beyond 24 hours, we will communicate with you based on the actual situation.
